i suppose i should tell a joke
what's the difference between a member of al quaeda and mi5? about £25,000 a year.
comedy writing
Have decided I definitely prefer writing for News Revue, than Treason Show. News is snappier, sharper, and utterly fearless, even if it's a bit cruder and rougher. Treason feels a tad more safe, and a bit intellectually dishonest. By that I mean jokes about David Cameron being hopeless and unlikely to win an election (he's doing scarely well, and King Abdullah being rich, not about him being a terrorism funding butt hole we support because he buys our rubbish jets). Satire should be the news by other means, not cheap gags.

Bit more about my self
I am a budding comedic author, and I work with people with special needs, which seem to be fairly similar jobs. I am a stand up, but not an especially good one.
I am rather chunky, a fundamentalist atheist, and some times return to my more religious roots.
I prefer to be thought of as sardonic rather than sarcastic, and believe satire is the truth by other means.
I am a bit shy.
I only fear spiders when they are in the bathroom.

things you notice
First time blogging, so thought I'd share some observations.
Hitler mustaches seem to be creeping back into fashion.
John Le Carre writes way better, after the fall of communism.
Pasties, and pies from posh shops in stations, are amongst the finest food known to man, but still expensive.
David Cameron is more dangerous than he at first appears
